Return Policy

Shipping
Your order should ship out within approximately 3-5 business days from date of purchase -- and more often within 1-3 business days.  If any items are out of stock, we will contact you with an expected ship date and make any necessary adjustments to your order. 

Orders ship via FedEx with tracking. For smaller parcels, we offer USPS shipping to reduce your potential shipping costs.  These orders do not include tracking, however, and we cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail. 

International Customers
We welcome and encourage orders from our International friends. Tracking is not offered on Internationally shipped parcels, and thus, there is a small risk involved. Norma Rapko is not responsible for delayed, damaged or missing International parcels. Whether or not we replace an order that has been lost or damaged in the mail is entirely at our discretion and decided on a case-by-case basis. We will not begin to consider a package lost until 30 business days following the ship date have passed.
 
We complete all Customs forms according to the regulations provided by the United States Postal Service.  Depending on your country's Customs policy, you may or may not owe duty and/or taxes on your purchase.  We will not mark an item as ‘gift’ in an attempt to circumvent taxes. If you would like to know in advance the amount of duty or tax you may owe on your package, we suggest you contact your country's Customs Department.  It is your responsibility to pay all duties and/or taxes assessed on your purchase.
 
Backorders
Orders containing back-ordered products will be shipped out as soon as the items are in stock. We will not separate your order into multiple shipments. If you'd like to receive in-stock items sooner, please place two separate orders: one for in-stock items & one for back-ordered items. 

We do our best to notify you of a potential back-order in the item description whenever possible. In the event your item is back-ordered unexpectedly, we will email you prior to the order being shipped.

Returns
Items may be returned, in unused condition, with original packaging, within 14 days of receiving. Returns of this nature will receive store credit, minus original shipping charges. The shipping cost for a return is the customer's responsibility. 

Please
email customer service prior to returning any item. Upon approval, you may return merchandise with a note explaining the reason for your return, and whether you'd like a replacement (same item only) or store credit. Return instructions will be provided once approved.

Damages
Please carefully inspect all orders upon arrival. If your order was damaged in transit, you may return it for exchange or store credit within 7 days of receiving. Please
notify us of a pending damaged return as soon as it is received.

If your order has missing or incorrect items, please email us immediately and we will be happy to rectify the mistake.

Privacy
We appreciate your business and fully respect your privacy. Your information will never be sold or supplied to a third party, unless required by Law.

All information supplied to us will be solely used to fulfill your order and to contact you in reference to your order.  You may occasionally receive email communications from us regarding offers we feel may be of interest to you. Should you choose not to receive these offers going forward, you may opt out at any time.

To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Norma Rapko disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Norma Rapko does not represent or warrant that the functions contained in the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes the site available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

Norma Rapko does not make any warranties or representations regarding the use of the materials in this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise. Some states do not permit limitations or exclusions on warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

We will not be liable for any loss, damages, personal injury or negligence resulting from the use of goods or services supplied to you, or on behalf of you, through our website.
