Welcome to CREATIVA™: THE MOVEMENT — A Sacred Rebellion from Norma Rapko
Welcome, Beautiful Soul… You’ve Just Stepped Into CREATIVA™.
You said yes—and that matters.
You didn’t just sign up for a toolkit.
You answered a sacred invitation to come home to yourself.
I’m Norma Rapko, and I want you to feel this with your whole heart:
You belong here.
You are not too much.
You are not behind.
You are exactly where you’re meant to be.
Inside this space, you’ll find more than journaling prompts or creative exercises—
You’ll find permission.
To slow down.
To feel deeply.
To create without judgment.
To make beauty from the pieces you thought were broken.
Here's what to do next:
Create your sacred space. Gather your journal, materials, and the quiet you deserve.
Start with the Ritual. Let it open you up to what wants to be expressed.
Explore the Framework Booklet—go at your own pace, follow your curiosity.
Watch the Art Journaling Experience Video for inspiration and creative flow.
Know this: You don’t have to do this alone. Your story matters here.
Whether you’re creating quietly on your own or gathering others in a circle, you are part of a movement. A sacred rebellion. A return to truth through art, story, and soul.
Let your space—whatever it looks like—become a sanctuary for becoming.
This is just the beginning.
And however you show up—whether in paint, words, tears, or breakthroughs—
You are doing sacred work.
Welcome to the movement.
Welcome to the rebellion.
Welcome to yourself.
With love and creative fire,
Norma Rapko

Materials for Your Sacred CREATIVA™ Journal
This is not just a craft—this is a sacred process. Since I was 13, this has been how I’ve healed, dreamed, and spoken to the Divine. Now it’s your turn to gather what calls to you—and begin.
What You’ll Need:
A notebook of your choosing I love using a simple composition notebook—affordable, sturdy, and ready for transformation.
Scissors
Decoupage glue or white glue (You can also use a glue stick for lighter materials.)
Hot glue (optional) For attaching heavier or metal embellishments, or if you love using textures like ribbon, string, or charms.
Twine, string, or thread Useful for wrapping, stitching, or attaching special pieces to your pages with intention.
Scraps of paper Think magazine clippings, old books, sheet music, printed quotes, wrapping paper—anything with soul.
Ribbon, fabric, or lace Add texture, softness, memory—upcycle what you already have.
Old postcards or greeting cards Layer in moments from the past or images that speak to your heart. Flat embellishments or small special tokens These could be buttons, pressed flowers, stickers, coins, tiny charms, or things you’ve collected over time.
Crystals or sparkles If you have a CRYSTYLER®, feel free to add a little shine to your pages—beauty is part of your healing, too.
Anything meaningful to you This is your sacred journal. Use what feels personal, powerful, or nostalgic.
